If your order is deemed to be wrong, damaged or missing an item, please email us at support@hockeyhairco.com detailing the issues and please include your order number within the email.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with how HockeyHair helps manage your flow, please feel free to provide any feedback on our products and services. If you would like to return a product, please return to the HockeyHair home arena (found on your shipping slip) along with your original receipt. If your hockey hair product was purchased from an unauthorized dealer or seller, we regretfully cannot support you with any issues that you may encounter.  HockeyHair offers full refunds or HockeyHair credit (lettuce credit) on any unopened and unused products provided the product is returned within 15 days along with proof of purchase (receipt). HockeyHair products should be returned by mail with the shipper responsible for shipping costs incurred. Orders and products that may have been purchased using a special offer, gift with purchase, coupons, discount or other special offers are considered final.
